No-reason-required returns
You may request a return within seven calendar days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and hygiene seals intact.
Courier and refunds
For a change-of-mind return, the customer arranges and pays return courier costs. Leorvel covers courier costs when an item is defective, damaged, or different from the order.
Eligible item value is refunded through bKash or Nagad after inspection. The original delivery charge is refundable only when Leorvel caused the return.
How to request
- Open the order in your account, or contact us with the order number and matching phone.
- Provide the bKash or Nagad number for the refund.
- Keep tags and hygiene seals intact while the request is reviewed.
